Benefit Summary:
• Title Benefits, "Mobile Base Camp”:
The Mobile Base Camp is the center of the One World Odyssey
event featuring camping for 8, racks & bikes, cooking,
eating, music and more. One title sponsor will have rights
for color, logos and graphics of this amazing "heart"
of the event.
• Branded Clothing and Gear: As a presenting
sponsor, the your colors and marks will be made visible on
one tandem bicycle, one tandem surfboard, one tandem kayak,
one soccer field goal, helmets, cycling, aqua and soccer jerseys.
• Mobile Base Camp Driving Visibility:
A high impact, spellbinding moving billboard tied to a cause
that touches the hearts of the people in every country we
visit. People stare, not glance.
• City Stop and Ride-through Visibility:
The arrival of the One World Odyssey will be announced in
each town ahead of time so as to engage the interest of the
people.
• Mobile Base Camp Static Visibility:
We will camp at exotic locations around the world and set
up the 8-person camper for small cultural, cooking, musical
and social events with the local people.
• Media Buys: Your support will be
announced with prominent logos and “made possible”
mentions in our $75,000 annual media buy.
• Broadcast News Visibility: Guaranteed
network news coverage in every country locally and international
news programs like TransWorld Sports seen in 260 million households
in 131 countries.
• Print Articles: In our experience
the local media will cover our event 100% of the time. With
a planned public relations campaign we will be featured in
the vast majority of publications along our route.
• Website Impressions: Our interactive
website tracks our location daily and will be updated with
fresh videos, photos, and exciting stories to drive traffic
to the site where prominent, strategic logos will be placed
so as to advertise our sponsors.
• Email Newsletters: From past expeditions
we have a loyal subscriber base of over 3,000 email addresses,
which we estimate will grow to over 10,000 by the end of the
first stage.
• School and Community Group Visits:
Large corporate banners will travel to all 79 countries and
be displayed during our speaking engagements. We plan to include
at least 50 schools or community groups per year.
• Odyssey Sponsored Charity Events:
We will fund at least two events with partner charity organizations
in each country for a total of 30 local charity events showing
your companies community support.
• Other Event Attendance: We will also
attend sporting and musical events, festivals and other events
in the local communities. We will attend at least 6 medium
to large sized events per year and set up a display of our
educational aims and our sponsors.
• Presentation Video and Photo Slide Show Impressions:
We will show our videos and slide presentations not only in
large groups but also on a grass roots level on a regular
basis.
• Adventure Travel Television Series:
Your branded gear will be seen in the 12+ episodes of television
programming to be seen domestically and internationally in
an estimated 200 million households per series. There will
be four series, one per stage.
• Feature Film and DVD Visibility:
We have attracted some of the world’s great executive
producers to create several feature length documentaries.
• Corporate Visit: The Odyssey team
will come to presenting sponsors' corporate offices to meet
the employees, give an inspirational speech, and bring gifts
once per year for a one or two day visit.
• Client and Employee Entertainment:
We will have six “Fun Rides” per year that are
easy, entertaining, and offer an opportunity to send your
distributors and employees out to ride with our top celebrity
supporters.
• Full Promotional Rights: You will
receive royalty-free use of the event’s high impact
marks, logos, slogans, and catch phrases such as “Worldwide
Invitation to Ride”, “Live Big. Give Big.”,
and "Riding Together for Global Change"
• High Definition Photos: We will send
two high resolution photo CDs per year with to be used for
advertisements, catalogs or website's– royalty free.
• Video Content: We will provide your
company with at least 60 minutes of edited footage per for
media campaigns in EVERY country to solidify your support
of the One World Odyssey.
• Post Event Reconciliation: We will
provide tear sheets, broadcast campaign summaries, attendance
estimates, promotional recaps, impressions, and more to show
the success of the entire project.
