Peace Pedalers and the One World
Odyssey is really an outward expression of my Soul's true
essence. My philosophy in life is "Live Big, Give Big".
I live big by following my passion of world travel and doing
heaps of sports outside with Mother Nature. Biking (mountain,
road & cross), surfing (lefts are my favorite), golf and
skiing (tele and powder...ahhhh) are my top four sports, but
I also dig climbing, kayaking, diving, frisbee and just about
anything outside in nature.
I truly love nature, and want to do my best to protect it
for future generations. I'm a bit frightened of the state
of our environment currently. But I see the light at the end
of all this pollution, and want to share exciting solutions
to clean up our environment as we need to rally people together
on this issue.
On the soft side, I'm all about loving, caring, giving and
accepting everyone regardless of where they are from, what
they've accomplished, what they believe in, or even how they
act. Bottom line, I love all human beings. They are by far
my favorite species on Planet Earth. My heart tells me that
people can get along in this world and live in peace. I will
do whatever I can to move us closer to that vision.
On the professional side, I have spent the last 15 years
as an entrepreneur and student in the game of life. I graduated
from the Entrepreneur Program of USC in Los Angeles and have
been building professional, personal, and life skills all
over the world in businesses from international trade, to
product design, to sales and marketing to non-profit management.
I love language and fluent Spanish, good Portuguese, so-so
German, funny Mandarin, and French is next on the list.
On the travel side of life, I've been blessed with the opportunity
to ride a tandem bike picking up "guest riders"
on the back seat through 16 countries with Peace
Pedalers. Travel is my other core passion besides my sports.
New sights, smells, sounds, tastes--you name it, the adventure
of life on the road just lights up my soul!
Every day is an opportunity to make a difference in the world,
so I try to foster an extremely loving and giving attitude
and mentality that balances my selfish and somewhat hedonistic
side. As I said, my motto is "Live Big, Give Big",
and it seems to be working for me as life is good! Love to
