Preparing Your Bike for your Adventure

If you choose to bring your own bike and have confirmed there is room in the support vehicle from the Odyssey staff, the next step is to prepare it for your trip. And this means bringing it to a mechanic or a real bicycle professional to tune it up and inspect it completely.

If it needs new cables, brake pads, chain, shifters or anything else your mechanic recommends, BUY IT! We don't carry spare parts bikes outside the tandems. So if you break down, you'll be pretty sad sitting in the support vehicle while everyone is riding. So either get a new bike or make your old bike like new.

See you on the road!
