Now that you have read what
we do, the next step is to come join us!
One World Odyssey will depart Mar del Plata, Argentina on
December 3, 2005 and ride four tandem bicycles over 60,000
miles through 79 countries to Tokyo, Japan by October
26, 2008. This three-year odyssey invites millions of riders
from every country in the world to join the expedition in
a similar style to the Olympic Torch Run.
Anyone is welcome to join from a few minutes to a few
weeks. Local people from the cities we ride through will ride
with international guests--athletes, celebrities, musicians
or people who share our vision to create positive change in
the world. Our goal is to have at least one person from every
inhabited country in the world come ride at some point.
You can bring your own bike or reserve a seat on one of our
four Black Sheep tandem-single hybrid bikes. Just let us know
where you want to meet us anywhere along our route
and how long you want to ride with us and we're set.
Fees are on a donation only basis depending
on your income level. Surly you can find some time in 3 years
to accept our Worldwide Invitation to Ride!

than you, but just for the sake of playing. Sports are
fun and bring people together. We especially are fond
of road and mountain cycling, surfing, kayaking, climbing,
